Measurements are provided in the product description of certain items. You can check out how we measure an item by clicking on the Measurement Guide button on any product page. Measurements of the model an item is displayed on are also provided in the Measurement Guide.
If an item is marked ‘reserved’ it’s in another customer’s cart. If the potential buyer removes it from their cart or they don’t checkout within the 4 hour limit, the item will become available again for other customers to purchase.
We try to process your order as quickly as possible so once your order has been placed it’s not usually possible to make any changes. However, if you contact us before your order has been packaged and sent, we will do our best to assist. Any requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Standard shipping is free for all orders over $75.
- For orders under $75, standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.95.
- For express shipping we charge a flat rate of $11.95.
- For standard shipping we charge a flat rate of $14.95.
- For express shipping we charge a flat rate of $24.95.
Your parcel will be ‘Returned to Sender’ if you do no organise re-delivery or pick it up from the Post Office or Collection Point in time.
If your parcel is returned to us, you’ll receive a refund minus any shipping costs you paid.
The process of delivering a parcel emits carbon dioxide into the atmosphere which has negative environmental impacts.
Being carbon neutral means there is no net release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The carbon dioxide emissions associated with parcel delivery are cancelled out by supporting carbon offset projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions. These projects might restore forests, preserve habitats of native species or replace old equipment with more efficient technology.
