Return Form

Items can be returned for store credit. A $1.95 restocking fee applies to each returned item (This applies to returns for orders placed on or after 23/03/22). This will be automatically deducted from your store credit. 

To be eligible, your items must be:

  • Sent back within 10 days of receiving your parcel
  • In the condition they were sent in (items that are ‘New with Tags’ must have original tags still attached)

If your return doesn’t meet the requirements, your package can be sent back to you. Visit our Returns Policy for more information.

If your item is deemed as faulty, you will receive a a full refund back to the original payment method.

    Type of Return

    Change of Mind refers to purchases you have made in error such as items that don’t fit the way you would like, unwanted gifts or ordering the wrong item.

    Faulty refers to receiving an incorrect or damaged item, such as a quality issue which wasn't mentioned in the product description.
