Only use this form if you have changed your mind about an item. ‘Change of Mind’ refers to purchases you have made in error such as items that don’t fit the way you would like, unwanted gifts or ordering the wrong item.

Items can be returned for store credit. To be eligible, your items must be:
- Sent back within 10 days of receiving your parcel
- In the condition they were sent in (items that are ‘New with Tags’ must have original tags still attached)
