Change Of Mind Returns

‘Change of Mind’ refers to purchases you have made in error such as items that don’t fit the way you would like, unwanted gifts or ordering the wrong item.

You have 10 days after receiving your order to return your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which you received them (‘New with Tags’ items must be returned with original tags attached).

A $1.95 restocking fee applies to each returned item.

Returned items will be credited back to you for the full amount of the purchase price, less the restocking fee, in the form of an online store credit coupon. Original shipping charges will not be credited when returning items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, you will be emailed your store credit coupon.

Faulty Returns

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you are returning an incorrect or faulty item we will pay for the cost of the return postage. Once the item has been received and reviewed, you will receive a refund for the full amount of the purchase price. If you are returning your full order, your original shipping charges will also be refunded.

The refunded amount will be credited back using the original payment method.


For local returns:

Return postage within Australia is free of charge. After you have filled out a return form, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

For international returns:

The cost of postage for international returns is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty. To start a return, please contact us.
